 LadureeFrance is famous for their macarons, almond cookies filled with ganache, so naturally they would sell them everywhere; abd Charles de Gaulle was no exception. The most famous company that makes these sweet treats, Laduree, also makes candles, pastries, and makeup (random, I know). |

 Linden TreesIn Nimes, there are these trees that give off the most incredible aroma. When you walk near them it smells like you're walking though the sweetest smelling perfume ever made. |

 Cite de CarcassonneCarcassonne is a fortified city that was constructed during the Middle Ages (Le Moyen Age). Here, I had my first scoop of French ice cream and ate a steak frites sandwich that weighed as much as a small child. |
